Job Title: Sr. Oracle VBCS Developer

Location: Hybrid onsite in Vienna, VA (Travel is fine)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Developer to design and implement custom approval workflow processes within the Oracle HCM ecosystem. This role will focus on building low-code workflow solutions that integrate with Oracle ATP tables and support incentive compensation payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom approval workflows in VBCS for Oracle HCM

• Configure and manage Oracle Advanced Tables for Processes (ATP) for workflow data persistence

• Create responsive UI components and business logic within VBCS

• Integrate VBCS workflows with Oracle HCM module APIs and services

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize workflow performance

• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS development

• Expert knowledge of Oracle ATP (Advanced Tables for Processes) and configuration

 • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM workflows and approval processes

• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and low-code development patterns

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

 Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with incentive compensation workflows

• Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting and talent management modules

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
