Job Description

Role : Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite/Week
Experience: 12+ Years Total Experience; 6+ Years ServiceNow

Required Skills:

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and CMDB
Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Strong knowledge of CSDM, Enterprise Architecture, and APM
Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and process automation
Experience with Now Assist and WSD
Strong JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting skills
Experience developing workflows, catalog items, applications, and reports
Experience with data imports and custom scripting
Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
Experience with LDAP, SSO, MID Server, Web Services, email, and third-party applications
Ability to design and architect integrations, not just configure existing integrations
Strong understanding of CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), CMDB accuracy, and data completeness

Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
Create workflows, catalog requests, and Service Catalog items
Configure and customize Service Portal
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems
Automate business processes using Flow Designer and Orchestration
Perform custom scripting and application development
Maintain CMDB accuracy and support CSDM implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow technical issues
Support application security and data security functions
Collaborate with ITSM teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the ServiceNow platform
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language

Preferred Profile:
Senior-level ServiceNow Developer with strong enterprise ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, application development, workflow automation, and integration architecture experience.
