We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as German Speaking Transportation Customer Experts in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the transportation sector, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage booking adjustments, scheduling changes, and logistics troubleshooting for international travel and transport services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex transportation-related issues effectively.
• Communicate complex logistical information clearly to clients to ensure a frictionless transportation experience.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional fluency in German to support our core market within the transportation industry.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellence in the transportation sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote environment based in Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or the transportation industry is considered a significant advantage.
