The Role

• Responsible for guest admissions and welcoming attendees.
• Ensuring a smooth entry process, including age verification.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding the venue, events, and general information.
• Supporting the team during special events and occasions.
• Collaborating closely with the front office and service teams.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in guest services or door supervision is advantageous.
• A friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assertively manage situations.
• Willingness to work predominantly evening hours.
• Team player with a high degree of responsibility.
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
