Job Description
  • The Sr. Product Manager reporting to the Lead Product Manager, is part of the Retail, Restaurant, and Supply Chain Technology organization and supports Food & Beverage and Supply Chain technology platforms. This role serves as a key partner to business and operations teams, building strong relationships to understand priorities, translate business needs into technology solutions, and drive the ongoing implementation and continuous improvement of critical platforms.
  • The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, UX, project management, QE, Financial Systems, and release management to align priorities, deliver value, and support long-term product success
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead Product Manager in development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing initiatives based on business benefit and strategic direction.
  • Lead the implementation of existing goals on the product roadmap for the Food & Beverage line of business.
  • Gather, document, and champion requirements needed to ensure new product features accomplish key objectives and meet business needs.
  • Partner across a cross-functional matrix organization, working with business, operations, finance, and engineering to align roadmaps and strategy, define requirements, and schedule work for release.
  • Support new feature launches by partnering with business, operations, training, and support teams on go-to-market readiness.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by monitoring product performance, collecting end-user feedback, and analyzing metrics and industry trends to prioritize capabilities and refine OKRs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of current systems and configurations to provide implementation direction and support as the systems are used in new locations.
  • Champion a framework for documentation of technology and processes.
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years in digital or technology roles within the supply chain industry, including at least 2 years working with technology initiatives and strategy.
  • Deep supply chain experience through all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working on solutions for technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements and deliverable increments.
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a compelling vision for complex and seemingly disparate concepts.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships and cross-functional partnerships across Technology and operational teams.
  • Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience synthesizing complex or diverse project data, stakeholder feedback, and business objectives to drive decision-making.
  • Effectively provide overall product leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
 
Skillsets:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
