Product Build Lead / Systems Engineer

job summary:

We are seeking a Product Build Lead / Systems Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will design, evaluate, test, and implement enterprise-level applications that support core business processes and commercial initiatives, ensuring high system availability and optimal performance.

responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, test, and debug high-traffic applications supporting business processes.
• Assist in product build architecture and evaluate cross-functional impacts on core enterprise applications.
• Monitor booking systems through tools such as Splunk to minimize operational errors and verify system capabilities.
• Maintain web, caching, and queuing technologies across highly scalable and available environments.

qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of related work experience in systems engineering and application troubleshooting.

Expertise in maintaining web, caching, and queuing technologies in high-traffic environments.

Hands-on experience architecting highly scalable and available enterprise systems in an Agile environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Ability to work 100% onsite in Orlando, FL.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Splunk or enterprise log/monitoring platforms.

Background supporting consumer and employee-facing enterprise applications.

Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and product defect resolution workflows.
