We're hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a remote contract role with our end client.
Location: Remote (Charlotte, NC)
Experience: 10+ years (required)
Direct Client Requirement (State of NC)
Key Skill: Business Analysis (required) + relevant domain tools
Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on Business Analysis (BA) experience
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools
Solid understanding of business process improvement, data analysis, and documentation (BRDs/FRDs/user stories)
Excellent communication skills; this is a client-facing remote role
Must be authorized to work in the US (adjust based on client requirements(Edited)
