The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting a large employee base across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement effective, hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Lead and develop an HR team dedicated to building and supporting a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leadership to execute HR programs aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory HR role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for distribution/warehouse settings.
