Business Development, Sales & Distribution Executive (B2B Hospitality & Sustainable Packaging)
2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, beverage sales, FMCG sales, hospitality sales, or distribution management.
Location - Andheri (East), Mumbai
Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
Saturday's Work from Home (Work of office only in case of important meetings)
The Company is an early-stage, founder-led startup operating at the intersection of sustainability, hospitality, and branding. This is not a conventional sales role - you will work directly with the founders and play a key role in building the business from the ground up.
As one of the early team members, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work closely with the founding team and contribute to business strategy.
• Build relationships with leading hotels, restaurants, cafés, event companies, distributors, and corporate brands.
• Take ownership of sales, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Grow with the company and unlock significant career advancement opportunities.
• Be eligible for ESOPs / long-term incentives based on performance and contribution to the business. Additional Responsibilities - Distribution Development
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners for company across key markets.
• Develop and expand distribution networks within hospitality, retail, corporate, and institutional segments.
• Build relationships with beverage distributors, HoReCa suppliers, and FMCG channel partners.
• Work closely with distributors to drive product placements and recurring orders.
• Monitor distributor performance, market coverage, and sales growth opportunities.
• Identify new regions and channels for market expansion. Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, beverage sales, FMCG sales, hospitality sales, or distribution management.
• Prior experience in bottled water, packaged beverages, FMCG, HoReCa distribution, hospitality procurement, or food & beverage sales will be highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with distributors, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event companies, corporate offices, or procurement teams are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and taking ownership of business
