The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, building trust and providing advice to members. • Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues independently, making timely decisions for each customer. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to work independently and think on your feet to solve problems.
