Job Number 1290 Standard Job Description You will be the Systems Engineer - Level 2 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering cutting-edge aerospace solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for driving complex system integrations within the historic Skunk Works environment. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. aerosystems Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical STEM degree. Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering experience utilizing tools such as DOORS, Cameo, or Rhapsody Desired Skills Knowledge applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (SysML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language) Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology, including Confluence, JIRA, etc.
