The Role

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and medical equipment.
• Assist during surgical procedures while adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
• Anticipate and provide instruments during operations.
• Properly process and care for instruments and materials post-operation.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Document all procedures and materials used.

What You'll Need

• State-certified Operating Room Technician (OTA) or a registered nurse (RN) with specialized training in OR nursing.
• Practical experience in an operating room setting with a technical focus.
• Meticulous organizational skills and independent time management abilities.
• High level of cooperation within an interdisciplinary team.
• A valid driver's license.
