Migration Leads

Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own client engagement, task tracking, issue coordination, and migration readiness.
• Maintain the client relationship throughout the entire migration cycle.
• Perform daily, monthly, and periodic balancing of general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
• Monitor account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Process and manage loan advances, paydowns, and interest rate adjustments.
• Support wire transfer operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
• Assist clients during system conversions and implementations, ensuring operational accuracy.
• Coordinate implementation schedules, training activities, and post-conversion support.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experiences.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members and clients.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, financial services, lending, or implementation support.
• Experience with general ledger balancing, account reconciliation, loan processing, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking/financial systems.
• Experience supporting financial institution conversions or implementations.
• Background in commercial lending, asset-based lending, or credit union operations.
• Experience managing client portfolios and vendor relationships.
• Proven track record of process improvement and customer service excellence.
