Trident Consulting is seeking a "Maintenance Inventory Specialist" for one of our clients in "Minden, NV" A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Maintenance Inventory Specialist

Location: Minden, NV - Onsite

Duration: 12 months

Pay: $25/hr on w2(Inclusive all)

Description

Summary

As a maintenance inventory specialist, your daily job requirements will include ordering parts and managing physical inventory for both our facilities and maintenance teams. With the limited floor space available, we will require someone with fantastic organizational skills to manage our spare parts within the cabinets we currently have.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years relative experience.
  • Interface and communicate with suppliers to ensure performance are aligned with quality, service, and delivery targets, to ensure continuous improvement and optimal business relationships.
  • Responsible for procurement and stock of inventory. This will include procurement of spare parts for an active repair case.
  • Manages credit card and expense reporting.
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements and itinerates including hotel and transportation.
  • Performs cycle counts and maintains inventory records of spare parts.
  • Manage tools with calibration requirements.
  • Manage fork truck certifications.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area.
  • Desired to have experience with a maintenance management software, particularly maintenance connection (Accruent).
  • Have an understanding of predictive maintenance management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
