Job Description

About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage procurement technology startup, working directly with the founder on live enterprise deals. You will take on hands-on responsibility across sales, events, customer sessions, and investor support, helping move opportunities forward from initial research through follow-up.

What You'll Do

  • Research target accounts, prepare deal materials, and track next steps for active enterprise opportunities.

  • Identify relevant conferences, coordinate event logistics, prepare materials, represent the company, and follow up with contacts.

  • Create proposals, one-pagers, and other sales collateral for prospective customers.

  • Prepare and support customer and partner workshops, including logistics and post-session follow-through.

  • Assist with fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Take on varied projects and operational tasks based on the founder's priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying at or recently graduated from a top university.

  • One or two prior internships, ideally in a high-growth startup environment, and 0 to 2 years of experience.

  • Prior exposure to enterprise sales, consulting, or procurement, including hands-on experience with live deal research, proposals, and tracking.

  • Experience creating sales collateral and managing event logistics, ideally including representing an organization at customer-facing events.

  • Fluent in German and English, with curiosity about go-to-market work and enterprise sales.

  • Comfortable shifting between strategic work and research, administration, and follow-up.

Compensation & Benefits
