Site Chief - CHELTENHAM Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Lake Imaging / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Park / Direct Radiology Join Our Cheltenham Team Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced an experienced full-time Site Chief based at Cheltenham, who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding patient care within a dynamic radiology environment. This busy and varied role will see you responsible for overseeing imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site. Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care while managing daily operations, resources, and workflows. Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers, maintain licensing, accreditation, and quality standards, contribute to clinical workload, drive financial performance and growth, and foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists to assist in imaging procedures, including the use of sterile techniques
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-tier patient care and foster effective teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills and communication to provide patients with high quality care and to be able to work well with staff
- Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration is essential
- Experience in CT is required, with MRI skills being highly advantageous
- Experience with Siemens and GE equipment is ideal
- You demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills and can build effective relationships with a diverse range of colleagues and patients
- A minimum of 2 years' experience is preferred
- You are eager to continue learning and actively participate in ongoing education and professional development programs
