Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Lake Imaging / The Xray Group / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Park / Direct Radiology join our Capital Sydenham team. Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced, full-time Site Chief based at our Sydenham clinic, who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding patient care within a dynamic radiology environment. This busy and varied role will see you responsible for overseeing imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site. Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care while managing daily operations, resources, and workflows. Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers, maintain licensing, accreditation, and quality standards, contribute to clinical workload, drive financial performance and growth, and foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

What You Will Bring / Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a radiology or healthcare setting, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and team development
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Tertiary qualifications in Radiography
• Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service ethic
• A collaborative team-based approach
• A professional and proactive relationship with attending radiologists, referrers and support staff
