Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand their vehicle needs
• Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer preferences and requirements
• Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective buyers
• Negotiate vehicle sales and finance packages to meet sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
• Complete all relevant sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Working towards individual and team sales targets to drive dealership success

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience within the motor trade is preferred
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing professional development
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends on a rota basis
