Job Description

Location: Mountain View, CA Salary: $85.00 USD Hourly - $105.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Designer (III)
Role Overview

Production-Ready Designs & Prototypes: Deliver detailed design specifications, prototypes, user flows, and assets that align with established design systems while exploring innovative extensions. Ensure concepts transition smoothly into production with strong cross-functional alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX peers (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to advocate for user-centered solutions.
Data & Insights Integration: Translate research findings, market trends, and performance metrics into scalable design solutions that address real user pain points.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
Hands-on experience prototyping digital products or interfaces using industry-standard design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong visual design expertise.
Advanced skills in component and system design.
Deep proficiency in prototyping.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
