Job Description

MFA | Kiel, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Assist with diagnostic examinations and patient treatments to ensure optimal medical care.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate consultations with other departments and external partners.
  • Prepare and organize patient records for consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries, ensuring structured documentation.
  • Perform blood draws and ensure complete documentation and preparation of medical reports.
  • Coordinate patient discharge by facilitating communication between medical staff, patients, and families.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in clinical settings.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
  • Empathy and a strong service-oriented approach in patient interactions.
  • Confident and clear communication skills with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments.
  • Proficiency in common IT systems, especially hospital information systems (KIS).
