Were working with a successful and expanding MSP that's known for delivering reliable IT, cloud, and cyber security solutions to businesses across the South East. With a growing client base and continued investment in new technologies, they're now looking to recruit a talented 2nd Line Engineer to strengthen their technical support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced MSP where every day presents new technical challenges. You'll support a broad range of client environments, resolving escalated issues while gaining valuable experience across Microsoft technologies, networking, cloud services, and cyber security.

As your confidence and technical knowledge grow, you'll also become involved in infrastructure projects, Microsoft 365 migrations, cyber security enhancements, and cloud-based deployments, giving you exposure to technologies and project work that will help accelerate your career. You'll work closely with senior engineers who are committed to mentoring and developing the team.

The company places a real emphasis on progression, with clear opportunities to move into 3rd Line, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Cyber Security positions as your technical capabilities continue to develop.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• An interest in Cyber Security and Cloud technologies
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
