What kind of person are they looking for? You will be collaborative, creative and adaptable, with the confidence to work in an environment where priorities can change.
You will naturally build relationships, communicate openly and look for opportunities to bring people together. You will be comfortable challenging constructively and influencing managers and senior leaders.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and doesn't need everything to be perfectly structured before getting started.
Although there is a generous hybrid working arrangement, this is not a role for someone looking to work predominantly from home. You will spend time across the organisation's campuses, building relationships, understanding the business and working directly with managers and colleagues.
If you are an experienced L&D or Talent Development professional looking for a role with genuine scope to shape and influence, we'd love to hear from you.
