The responsibilities shown are focused on SAP Materials Management, Inventory, MRP, manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, and EDI/IDoc integrations. SAP confirms that material master data supports purchasing, inventory, MRP, production, and invoice processes.
Configured and supported SAP material master, inventory management, MRP, and procurement processes for manufacturing operations.
Supported material availability, inventory control, replenishment, and stock management activities across plants and storage locations.
Managed production-related material requirements, source determination, purchasing information records, and master data quality.
Performed root cause analysis and troubleshooting for material availability, inventory, interface, and production support issues in SAP.
Collaborated with business users to gather manufacturing and supply chain requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
Designed and supported SAP IDoc integrations for purchase orders, order confirmations, advance shipping notices, invoices, and material movement processes.
Supported MRP planning, replenishment, inventory planning, and warehouse processes integrated with production operations.
Supported inbound and outbound logistics, inventory movements, material staging, goods receipt, and goods issue processes.
Coordinated EDI and IDoc integrations, including 850, 855, 856, and 810 transaction processing, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Supported batch management, serialized inventory, stock traceability, and end-to-end material tracking within manufacturing environments.
Led data migration, inventory reconciliation, cutover activities, and go-live readiness for material and inventory processes.
Conducted SIT, UAT, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-production support for SAP material and supply chain processes.
Improved operational efficiency through process optimization, issue resolution, stabilization, and continuous improvement of SAP material and inventory processes.
