Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a Technical Program Manager with expertise working on enterprise level projects focusing on Workplace Collaboration/Productivity implementations. This is a W2 hourly contract to hire opportunity and can be worked remotely within the U.S with the ability to get into one of the client's locations in either NJ, WA, FL, NY, or MA. In this role, you will lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Client.
Focus areas include:
* Enterprise Collaboration/workplace productivity (Google)
* Infrastructure programs/Data Centers
* Company-wide technology migrations and transformations
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
* 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment
* Technical Program/Project Management experience working on Enterprise Collaboration/workplace productivity
* Experience in overseeing large scale complex migrations and integrations
* Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments
* Familiarity with cross-functional technical programs across core enterprise platforms (e.g., corporate systems, identity governance, collaboration/productivity tools) and large-scale infrastructure transformations
* Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple teams and managers
* Strong verbal and written communication - excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting
* Self-drive and ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
