• Program Management Expertise: Proven track record building structures and coordination models across complex, multi-functional programs at enterprise scale.
• Gong Platform Knowledge: Deep, hands-on understanding of Gong Engage capabilities and the broader Gong suite (Conversation Intelligence, Forecast).
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without direct authority, from field sellers to senior leadership.
• Operational Rigor: Discipline to build and sustain repeatable structures, cadences, and coordination across a global program.
• Regional Coordination: Experience partnering across geographies to localize and land global programs.
