The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
• Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
