Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions, ensuring enterprise scalability and security.
• Develop Spec Driven Development workflows for translating specifications into secure implementations.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and leadership stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate trade-offs.
• Apply sound architecture and systems design practices, ensuring observability and extensibility.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI software engineering and enterprise scalability.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI-based solutions with measurable impact.
• Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with modern AI/LLM development, including context engineering and agentic system design.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and data modeling for scalability.
• Ability to work independently across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of secure development practices and enterprise security compliance.
• Experience applying AI within a security domain (e.g., application security, DevSecOps).
• Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and relevant frameworks (e.g., OWASP).
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and LLMOps in production.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
