Job Description:

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

-Conduct workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions to understand current and future-state business processes.

-Leverage Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and methodologies to analyze, optimize, and automate business workflows.

-Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

-Work with Appian Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

-Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions using Appian BPM capabilities.

-Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business rules, and use-case documentation.

-Support solution design discussions and validate proposed Appian solutions against business needs.

-Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum teams.

-Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution support, and defect triage.

-Coordinate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and deployment.

-Prepare business documentation, training materials, and user guides.

-Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

-Analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation using Appian capabilities.
