Volt is immediately hiring for a Program Facilitator/Jr Business Analyst in San Diego, CA.

As Program Facilitator/Jr Business Analyst, you will:
  • Analyze current-state business processes, communication workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Review and document business capabilities, customer groups, and organizational functions
  • within assigned Business Units.
  • Develop and maintain business use cases, current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be")
  • process maps and supporting process documentation.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes, communication, user
  • experiences, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Program Engagement & Facilitation
  • Partner with Business Stakeholders, Process Owners, Process Leads, Subject Matter Experts
  • (SMEs), and Project deployment teams to understand business needs and transformation
  • impacts.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder touchpoints to gather information, validate
  • requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Users and SMEs to understand user roles, geographic considerations,
  • business functions, and operational constraints that may impact adoption and training
  • effectiveness.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Program Management and IT teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between the Business, IT and program
  • management teams.
  • Coordinate data clean-up efforts between the Program Deployment teams and the Business.
  • Assist with data clean-up planning and execution activities.
  • Support identification of data objects and ownership structures.
  • Facilitate data conversion scope and approach reviews and approach with Business Stakeholders.
  • Track data readiness activities and support reporting through dashboards and status updates.
  • Requirements & Solution Readiness Support
  • Assist program deployment teams with system and user acceptance testing as required.
  • Attend sprint planning and sprint review activities to assess business support needs and monitor
  • progress.
  • Escalate concerns to Program Management as needed.
  • Assist Program Management to review training needs across user groups, business functions, and geographic locations.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, training materials such as job aids, presentations, videos,
  • and other documentation.
  • Support training delivery and user readiness activities for business process and system changes.
  • Validate training content to ensure alignment with approved business requirements and
  • processes.
  • Communicate with Program Management, IT and Business teams as required.
  • Assist in developing Stakeholder engagement materials as needed.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with post-implementation HyperSupport activities to facilitate user adoption and issue
  • resolution.

This is a 6-month temp assignment, with possible extension.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm plus overtime as needed. Must be able to work onsite every day.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT or related field
  • Looking for anyone with process analysis or research and development experience

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
