The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients during shift work.
• Monitor patient progress, observe the course of their illness, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians and collaborate closely with doctors and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks within the ward.
• Contribute actively to a supportive, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, general nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, some experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry, though not essential.
