We are seeking passionate educators to join a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within your community by providing flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and support.

The Role

• Deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs (KS1-KS5).
• Offer in-person, remote, and hybrid tutoring to accommodate diverse learning needs and environments.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report on lesson effectiveness.
• Support vulnerable learners referred by local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to our mission of raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
