Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications, APIs, and cloud-based services using Node.js and JavaScript.
2. Support application deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain cloud infrastructure configurations.
3. Participate in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD processes to ensure software quality and maintainability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement scalable application solutions.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3+ years of experience developing Node.js applications, REST APIs, cloud-based solutions, and supporting application deployments.
Technical Skills	Node.js, JavaScript, REST API Development, GitHub, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, AWS API Gateway, CI/CD
Business / Domain Skills	Software Development, Application Deployment, Code Review, Troubleshooting, Cloud Operations, Agile Development
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with AWS serverless technologies and cloud-native application development.
2. Knowledge of ETL processes and cloud data platforms.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
