The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing and scheduling of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are implemented.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with preference for experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required certification for Operations Manager or already possess this qualification.
• A valid driver's license Class B, strong German language skills, and comfortable with administrative tasks and PC use.
• Excellent customer and service orientation, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and foster trusting relationships.
