Job Description

We are seeking a Security Compliance Analyst II to join our data center security team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in physical security operations, access management systems, third-party risk oversight, and mission-critical infrastructure operations and a proven ability to define mid-to-long term security operations vision, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence partners to execute critical security programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize physical security operations across data center environments.


• Define and administer secure operational processes, procedures, and standards.


• Oversee guard force contracting and management, alarm acknowledgement, and response workflows.


• Drive incident response and management practices and coordinate with cross-functional partners.


• Standardize and optimize processes for secure operations and business continuity.


• Identify and communicate clear operational security requirements to execution teams.


• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations management.


• Broad knowledge in physical security and risk management, including physical security design.


• Expertise in developing and administering secure operational processes.


• General understanding of incident response, business continuity, operational continuity, and disaster recovery.


• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners.


• Ability to define operational security requirements and enable execution-focused teams.


• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data center operations and secure facility practices.


• Experience with access management systems and third-party risk oversight.

Relevant Certifications:

• CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP, or comparable security certifications.
