Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Production Support Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience to support critical financial business processes, production incidents, enhancements, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional SAP FICO production support and resolve incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, FM, CM, and GM.
• Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP, technical teams, and business users.
• Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, testing, interfaces, and releases.
• Provide end-user support, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7+ years SAP FICO experience
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA Production Support
• Strong FI/CO and financial business process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, FM, CM, GM.
• Strong production troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Public-sector/government SAP experience and SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
