Operations Manager

Leidos is seeking a JBAB Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations supporting mission-critical programs at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, ensure reliable delivery of digital modernization and cyber solutions, and serve as a key liaison between Leidos, government customers, and partners. Responsibilities include overseeing service performance, managing risks and issues, driving process improvements, tracking metrics, and supporting compliance and security standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day JBAB IT operations supporting mission-critical programs
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and support teams to meet service levels
• Serve as primary liaison between Leidos, government customers, and key partners
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and issues
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and security standards
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects
• Prepare status reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
