Seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Implementation Specialist to help drive enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will evaluate organizational AI readiness, identify high-value AI use cases, develop implementation roadmaps, and establish responsible AI governance practices. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to implement secure, scalable AI solutions, deliver proofs of concept (POCs), and enable long-term AI adoption through training and knowledge transfer.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess organizational AI readiness and identify high-value AI use cases.
- Design AI implementation roadmaps and lead AI proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot initiatives.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI, and risk management practices aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Recommend and integrate enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Develop AI standards, prompt engineering best practices, documentation, and training materials.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, privacy, bias, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption and organizational change.
- Measure AI adoption, business value, and ROI while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting initiatives.
- 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience developing AI strategies, readiness assessments, implementation roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
- Experience delivering AI POCs, pilots, or production implementations within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and AI Agents.
- Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, NIST AI RMF, data privacy, security, bias evaluation, and AI validation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, prompt engineering, workflow automation, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise applications, cloud environments, and business processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or AI-assisted software development tools.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise application development.
- Experience developing AI training programs and knowledge transfer materials.
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
