Pay Range: $28.00hr - $32.00hr

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Technician to join the IT team. This mid-level role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving issues related to print services, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support. The role will support the organization s print service offering. Previous experience and knowledge of printers is preferred. The ideal candidate will have help desk ticket handling experience as well as print environment knowledge.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests.
• Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service.
• Experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Knowledge of IT systems.
• Knowledge of print services environment.
