Electrical Engineer

Electrical Bias Engineer – Static Site Location: Central London<br />Salary: £48,000–£50,000<br />Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm<br />Contract: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Bias Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team on a commercial office building in Central London. This is a static, single-engineer site working on the landlord side of the building. You will have regular support from a mobile engineering team approximately 2–3 days per week, alongside an Operations Manager and Mobile Supervisor. The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the building
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Emergency lighting and general electrical maintenance
• PPMs and compliance checks
• Basic mechanical maintenance and fault finding
• Plant room checks
• Liaise with contractors and the wider engineering team
• Ensure maintenance records and documentation are completed
• Work independently while providing a professional service to the client There is no engineer call-out requirement, with out-of-hours works covered by subcontractors. Requirements
• Recognised electrical qualification – City &amp; Guilds/NVQ or equivalent
• 18th Edition preferred
• Strong electrical maintenance background
• Good all-round mechanical/building services knowledge
• Previous commercial building maintenance experience
• Comfortable working independently on a static site
• Good communication and client-facing skills Package
