Mobile Administrator

Base: Dartford, Kent (with occasional paid travel to London)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Administrator to support our operations across Kent and London.

Your main base will be our office in Dartford , keeping our day-to-day work running smoothly. Every now and then, you’ll head into London to support our site teams.

Whenever you need to travel into London, 100% of your travel costs are covered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Log jobs, assign tasks to field engineers, and track progress through to completion.
• Raise purchase orders (POs), process supplier invoices, and manage job costs.
• Order parts, materials, and equipment to keep engineers supplied and jobs moving on time.
• Travel into London as needed to support site managers and manage site admin.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contract managers, and sub-contractors.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in FM, building maintenance, or property operations is essential.
• Proven hands-on experience using CAFM systems (e.g., Concept Evolution, Vantify, SimPRO, Joblogic, or similar).
• Comfortable raising POs, tracking job costs, and handling parts procurement.
• Based in Dartford, but fully comfortable traveling into Central London when required.
• Clear, professional, and practical when dealing with engineers, vendors, and clients.
