We’re looking for a Technical Executive Coordinator to provide proactive, high-quality coordination, technical insight and project support to two Executive Directors across Programmes and Production, and Performance Technology and Systems.

Working across two fast-moving technical functions, you’ll create structure around priorities, time, information and follow-through. You’ll coordinate complex executive activities, support leadership forums and help translate decisions and commitments into timely delivery. Acting as a trusted connection between senior leaders, their teams and key stakeholders, you’ll play an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of executive and functional routines.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate complex and changing diaries, travel and priorities for two Executive Directors, planning ahead for leadership forums, programme milestones, operational reviews and key decision points.
  • Organise leadership meetings and cross-functional forums, coordinating agendas, contributors and materials while maintaining clear records of decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing packs, presentations, reports and communications by gathering, checking and summarising technical and operational information.
  • Coordinate executive actions, technical activities and improvement projects, maintaining plans, milestones, risks and dependencies while ensuring commitments progress to completion.
  • Build effective relationships across Programmes, Production, Performance Technology, Systems and wider functions, continually improving processes, templates and digital ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in executive coordination, technical business support, programme administration or a comparable role supporting senior technical or operational leaders.
  • Practical technical or engineering knowledge gained within an engineering, manufacturing, technology, motorsport or similarly complex environment.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles, including planning, milestones, action tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the judgement to manage competing priorities, resolve operational issues and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Advanced capability across Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised, proactive and dependable, taking ownership of priorities and following commitments through to completion.
  • Calm, composed and solutions-focused when priorities change or pressure increases.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, exercising sound judgement when handling sensitive technical, commercial and people-related information.
  • Confident, collaborative and service-minded, with the ability to challenge constructively, build strong relationships and close gaps in delivery.
  • Detail-focused, adaptable and resilient, with a commitment to continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
