We are seeking a Sterilisationsassistent (m/w/d) to join an internationally recognized healthcare provider with a strong focus on specialized pediatric care, neurosurgery, and orthopedics. The Role

Sachgerechte Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten including cleaning, disinfection, inspection, packaging, and sterilization.
Operation and monitoring of cleaning machines and sterilizers according to instructions.
Structured instrument management, including assembling instrument trays based on pack lists and proper packaging.
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements.
Contributing to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety.

What You'll Need

Successful completion of the Fachkundelehrgang I or II for Sterilisationsassistent.
Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a sense of responsibility.
Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
Basic knowledge of computer systems (EDV).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
