Expert in IVR with NICE development background.
Please note that we are NOT looking for a Genesys IVR candidate but can expert or senior resource with NICE platform.
Experience covering:
NICE platform support and workflow changes
Ongoing operational support
Defect management
Enhancement requests
Support for adding new components and capabilities
IVR Capabilities
Need support for:
IVR flow design and development
IVR flow modifications
NICE IVR development support
