Job Description
- Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- PeopleSoft Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on functional support experience with PeopleSoft Financials (v9.2 preferred), specifically supporting core modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, Project Costing, and Contracts.
- Technical Understanding: Solid foundational understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, batch processing/Process Scheduler, Application Engine jobs, and basic SQL query writing for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ticket Management: Direct experience using ServiceNow (or comparable enterprise ITSM tools) for incident, problem, change, and request lifecycle management.
- Office & Productivity Tools: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional follow-through and ownership of issues from intake to final sign-off.
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
