Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and overseeing projects involving Microsoft Tech Stack

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Coordinate technical resources working on Microsoft technology solutions.
  
• Drive cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
  
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and security best practices.
  
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners when applicable.
  
• Facilitate change management and user adoption activities for new technology implementations.
  
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and financial performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3-6+ years as a Technical Project Manager
  
• Strong experience managing projects involving Microsoft Techstack
  
• Hands-on understanding of cloud-native application architecture and Azure services.
  
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  

• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
