Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer with strong prompt-writing skills and a working understanding of AI tool capabilities and limitations. The candidate will support platform operations, organize process knowledge, write short use-case documents, and utilize hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT Enterprise. The candidate will also leverage 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role and domain knowledge in insurance or financial services.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Run working sessions with business teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations) to map workflows and select the best AI opportunities.
• Able to run a workshop with non-technical staff and explain trade-offs to leaders.
• Set up solutions in Claude and Copilot.
• Turn one-off wins into templates that other teams can reuse.
• Deliver training and help build a network of business-side AI Champions.
• Look for candidates who have experience in both building and teaching solutions.
