Job Description

Pflegefachkraft Intensivstation | Kropp, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. The Role

  • Provide comprehensive basic and specialized nursing care to intensive care patients.
  • Administer and monitor life-sustaining therapies such as ECMO/ECLS and CRRT.
  • Prepare, assist with, and manage post-operative care for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
  • Offer empathetic support to patients and their families during end-of-life care.
  • Participate actively in emergency situations and resuscitation efforts.

What You'll Need

  • A completed qualification as a Registered Nurse, or in a comparable field (e.g., geriatric nursing, pediatric nursing).
  • Ideally, specialized training in anesthesia and/or intensive care medicine, or a strong willingness to pursue such qualifications.
  • A proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a blend of professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shift work and contribute to a stable team environment.
