Sales/Call Center Representative

PODS is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative to drive inbound and outbound sales for our portable moving and storage services. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume calls, qualify leads, explain PODS solutions, provide accurate quotes, and close reservations while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll use CRM and call center systems to document interactions, follow up on prospects, and meet or exceed sales and quality metrics. Working in a safety- and customer-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with team members, troubleshoot issues, and support customers throughout their moving and storage journey.
