We're hiring on behalf of a leading expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, known for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality. This organization operates a widespread network of service centers and mobile units, striving to make a difference through exceptional dedication.

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle return.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a focus on automotive mechanics or bodywork.
• Prior experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already hold an Operations Manager (HWK) qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good command of German, with PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team while also demonstrating independent initiative and a collaborative spirit.
