Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead to drive the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical leadership, functional expertise, and hands-on development experience across CRM customization, integrations, reporting, and enterprise-scale implementations.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in CRM entities, workflows, business rules, configurations, and customizations.
• Hands-on development experience with:
  • Plugins
  • Custom Workflow Activities
  • Web Resources
  • Business Process Flows
  • Custom Scripts
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM applications.

CRM Development & Integration

• Experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Strong understanding of CRM implementation, customization, and integration development.
• Experience integrating CRM solutions using:
  • REST and SOAP Web Services
  • NServiceBus Messaging
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM security models and deployment methodologies.

Reporting & Data Technologies

• Creation of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) CRM reports.
• Development of Custom and SSRS reports.
• Experience with:
  • SQL Server
  • SSRS
  • SSIS
  • WCF
• Expertise with:
  • Power BI
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Microsoft Fabric

Functional Expertise
Experience supporting CRM functional areas including:

• Sales Automation
• Marketing Automation
• Customer Service Management

Additional Qualifications

• Experience serving as a CRM Developer across at least two full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead solution design sessions and recommend best practices that align with business objectives.
• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Lead and participate in high-level architecture and design discussions.
• Develop integrations, workflows, plugins, reports, and custom CRM functionality.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Challenge the status quo by identifying innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution activities.

• Experience leading enterprise CRM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex CRM projects within Agile environments.
