Job Description Must Have Skills

• SQLSkills : Expertise in Joins (Inner, Left, Right, Full), Query PerformanceTuning, Working with large datasets from multiple sources, Data validation, reconciliation,and root cause analysis.
• Alteryx : Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, Workflow optimizationand automation.
• StakeholderManagement : Strong communicationand presentation skills, Status reporting and executive-level interaction, Requirementsgathering and business analysis.
• Softskills : Excellent communication and documentation skills, Experiencehandling escalations and customer-facing issues.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in Data Visualization & Reporting : Experience with Dashboard design and KPIreporting.
• DataEngineering & Warehousing : Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, orSynapse Analytics, Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP,Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), ETL/ELT frameworkknowledge .
• Business & Communication : Experience with Financial, Operations, orSupply Chain domain knowledge, Executive-level presentations and storytellingwith data, Business Intelligence and reporting frameworks.
• Project& Process Management : Experience leading Agile/Scrum methodology, Processimprovement and automation initiatives, Documentation and solution design.
